Abstract:

With these protocols, interviewers observe sick child, antenatal care, and family planning consultations to assess adherence to generally accepted standards of care, including integrated management of child illnesses (IMCI) guidelines. Clients whose consultations are observed are also interviewed with the client exit interview questionnaire.
