Abstract: Service Provision Assessment (SPA) Surveys- Reports on surveys conducted in health facilities in developing countries to obtain information about the quality, infrastructure, utilization, and availability of various services. Surveys are conducted through observation and interviews with providers and, in some cases, clients. Currently SPA surveys focus on two major service areas: Maternal and Child Health and HIV/AIDS.
