Abstract:

This report presents a synthesis of key findings from the analysis of the 2004-05 Uganda HIV/AIDS Sero-Behavioural Survey (UHSBS). It includes the major issues identified in the survey and related policy recommendations. The report is intended to provide policy guidance to HIV/AIDS stakeholders involved in policy formulation, programme planning, implementatin, monitoring and evaluation.
