Abstract:

The goal of this report is to provide basic information on school attendance and education attainment for countries surveyed in the DHS II and DHS III projects. This goal is accomplished through a series of tables and figures showing comparable data for 39 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, the Near East/North Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
