All Surveys
Click on All Surveys to populate the Selected Surveys field with a checklist of all the surveys available in the database.
Most Recent Surveys (last 5 yrs)
Click on Most Recent Surveys (last 5 yrs) to populate the Selected Surveys field with a checklist of surveys conducted within the last 5 years.
Surveys by Region
Surveys are also grouped into region-specific categories. You can display a list of all the surveys for a particular region by clicking on All Surveys for that region. You can also select surveys from a specific subregion. The subregions are marked with a triangular red pointer, indicating an expandable list. (A left-facing pointer indicates that the list is contracted. A downward pointer indicates an expanded list.)
- Click on the name of the subregion you want to select to expand the checklist of surveys.
- When the expanded list opens, click on the checkboxes next to the surveys you want to select, and click on the Select button to populate the Selected Surveys box with the chosen surveys. (This also causes the subregion's survey list to contract.)
If you click on Select without marking any of the checkboxes, all the surveys on the list will be exported to Selected Surveys.
